MORPETH TOWN COUNCIL - CLEANUP DAYS
Each year Morpeth Town Council organises a clean up day in the Town to coincide with the visit of the judges for the Northumbria in Bloom Competition. Individuals and organisations of the town meet at the Riverside Leisure Centre to collect their gloves, tabards, bin bags, litter pickers and instructions of an area of the town to clean. Northumberland County Council assists by collecting the filled refuse bags and large debris from the streets and the river. If you are interested in volunteering please contact Morpeth Town Council.
